Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within a 24 hour period. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment authorization. Most orders will be shipped UPS and should be delivered direct to your requested ship to within 7-10 days. You may select as many different shipping locations as you need to complete your order.
In the unlikely event a backorder should occur on an item you purchased we will notify you of its status within 48 hours by e-mail, fax or phone. You will then be given the option to cancel the item and receive a refund on that item or to have us ship it when it comes in.
Rush shipping options include UPS Second Day or Next Day Delivery. These options have an additional charge over and above the standard shipping & handling charges.
Order Tracking - In the unusual event you have not received your order within 10 days please call our customer service department at 1-800-640-0306.
